Cluster Management-based Development Strategy of Regional CPC Party School Libraries:Case Study of Cluster Development of City Regional CPC Party School Libraries

分析党校系统图书馆集群发展存在的问题和实现集群管理的可行性,提出了构建全市党校系统中心业务数据库,实现市域内各馆读者证"一卡通"、数字资源联合采购、特色数据库共建共享的市域党校系统图书馆集群发展策略,并就实现集群管理需解决的现实问题进行探讨。

The paper analyzes existing problems in cluster development of CPC party school library and feasibility of implementation cluster management, proposes cluster development strategy of city regional party school libraries, including constructing center business database of whole city party school library, and realizing all-in-one reader＇s ID card, digital resources＇ united purchases, cobuilding and sharing of characteristic databases among party school libraries in the city region. At last, the paper discusses problems needed to be solved in realizing cluster management.
