浅议电网安全生产中的四性管理

On the "Reliability, Selectivity, Sensitivity and Rapidity" Management in the Electrical Grid Safety Production

随着中国经济和社会的持续高速发展,中国电网规模日益扩大,电网安全形势也日益严峻。在此背景下,总结分析了中国现阶段电网安全管理工作中存在的不足和提升安全管理水平的重要意义,结合工作实践,将"四性"引入电网安全管理之中,形成一种全新的管理思路和评价模式,为电网安全生产管理提升奠定坚实的基础。

With the continued rapid development of Chinese economy and society, the size of China＇s electrical grid is increasing, and its safety problem has become increasingly severe. In this context, this paper analyzed the shortcomings of China＇s current electrical grid safety management and the significance for improving the safety management level. In the work practice, we introduced ＂reliability, selectivity, sensitivity and rapidity＂ into grid security management, and formed a new management thinking and evaluation model, which lay a solid foundation for enhancing the grid safety production and management.
