伊犁河流域水资源丰富,在农业发展方面有巨大的优势,但由于人们的节水意识不强及农业水资源浪费等行为,严重影响了该地农业的有效发展,结合伊犁河流域的具体情况,在分析该流域水资源开发中需解决的问题的基础上,对伊犁河流域节水灌溉进行积极探讨。

Yili River basin is rich in water resources, and has a huge advantage in the agriculture development, but because people＇s consciousness of saving water is not strong and the agricultural water resource is wasted, the effective development of the agriculture is seriously affected. Combined with the specific circumstances of Yili River Basin, this paper actively explores on the water saving irrigation in Yili River basin based on the analysis of problems that needed to be solved in the development of water resources in the river basin.
