摘要
继电保护定值远方修改系统利用现有调度自动化系统、继电保护故障信息系统和现有的通信资源和设施,在不影响继电保护本体的运行安全的前提下,坚持安全可靠、经济适用、技术先进原则进行建设,结合临颍县新建110 k V变电站增加远方不停电修改定值功能,对继电保护定值远方修改系统的实现方案进行分析和探讨,并针对不停电修改定值的技术难点,提出具体的解决措施。
Remote modification system of relay protective settings was built by using existing dispatching automation system, relay fault information systems and existing communications resources and facilities without detriment to safety operational protection body, and with adherence to safe, reliable, affordable, technologically advanced principles. Combined with Linying new 110 kV substation that increased the remote modification function without power outage, implementation of remote modification system of relay protective settings was analyzed and discussed, and specific solutions for technical difficuhy of modifying setting without power outage were proposed.
