This paper analyzes specialized English teaching present situation of the new undergraduate colleges, the charac-teristics and course target of the course. It is necessary for specialized English teaching to put forward concrete teaching plan and goal, choose suitable teaching materials, reform teaching methods and means, and strengthen the construction of teaching staff. Based on undergraduates and Employer, the reform effect is good.
