Research on the Integration Development of Electric Power Information and Communication Dispatching and Monitoring

信息通信调控是电力信息通信网络运行监控和指挥处理的核心。针对电力信息通信调控存在的若干管理问题,设计了一套信息通信调控融合发展的框架体系和演进路线,在此基础上,创新性地提出了信息通信融合调控的规章制度保障体系与支撑平台功能框架,可以为电力系统信息通信专业的全面融合提供理论依据。

Information communication dispatching and monitoring is the core of electric power information and communication network operation supervision and command controlling. Considering the management issues in the existing electric power information and communication dispatching and monitoring, this paper designs a framework and roadmap for the integration development of information and communication dispatching and monitoring, on the basis of this, puts forward a system of rules and regulations and function framework of supporting platform, these can provide a theoretical basis for the full integration of electric power information and communication dispatching and monitoring.
