摘要
"银行-供电代收费系统网络"(银电网络)承载着扬州供电公司和银行代收费系统间的连接与数据交换工作,随着近年来人们生活方式的变化,在银行代缴电费的用户不断增多,银电网络的运行状况直接影响到用户的正常缴费,亟需建设一套实时、高效的银电网络监控管理系统,来解决网络的实时监控和模块化管理,建立"预防在前、实时监控、故障处理及时"的工作机制,达到实时监控、快速定位、及时解决问题的目的。文章介绍了银电网络智能监控与预警系统的建设目标、系统架构及关键技术,在实际应用中具有很好的效果。
Bank-Power supply network （BPN） is applied to connect and exchange data between bank bill payment system and Yangzhou power supply company. In recent years, as lifestyles are changing, more and more people chose to pay their electricity bill through a bank. BPN plays a very important role in it, and its health running status guarantees all payments successfillly. So, there is a need of a real-time and high-efficient monitoring system to manage the BPN in a modularized way. It also needs to establisha work mechanism that can provide functions of prevention, real-time monitoring, and timely troubleshooting. This paper presents the goal of Bank-Power network intelligent monitoring and warning system, the architecture and key technologies. The system has a good effect in practical application
