摘要
随着内蒙古电网的快速发展,电力通信网的规模越来越大,承载的业务也越来越多,但是在通信监控水平上却相对落后。因此,建立一套功能完善的通信监控系统是十分必要的。文章详细论述了内蒙古电力通信监控系统的建设方案、物理结构和功能、承载网结构、联网和应用情况。该系统通过中心站的客户端可以实时监控整个通信网的运行状况,通信监控系统的应用实现了通信网的集中监控和通信站点无人值守,提高了通信网的管理水平和运维效率,增强了通信网的安全性和可靠性。
With the rapid development of Inner Mongolia power grid, the electric power communication network scale is more and more big and the bearing businesses are increasing, while communication monitoring level is relatively low. Therefore, need to establish a functional communication monitoring system. This paper discusses the construction scheme, physical structure and function, bearer network structure and application of Inner Mongolia power communication monitoring system in detail. The system can realize real-time monitoring of the entire communication network running status through center station client. The application realized the centralized monitoring of communication network and unattended communication station, improved the management level and operation efficiency and enhanced the security and reliability of communication network.
