兰索拉唑联合莫沙比利治疗胃食管反流的疗效与安全性分析

Efficacy and Safety Analysis of Lansoprazole Combined with Mosapride in the Treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux

目的探析胃食管反流患者采用兰索拉唑联合莫沙比利治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院2012年4月至2014年4月收治的胃食管反流患者126例为研究对象,按照治疗方法的不同将患者分为观察组和对照组各63例。对照组患者给予莫沙比利治疗,观察组患者给予兰索拉唑联合莫沙比利治疗。六周后,观察患者的临床疗效及不良反应情况,同时评估患者食管黏膜的变化情况。结果治疗后,两组患者的病情均有改善,但观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(90.5%vs 76.2%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组胃镜检查的总有效率显著高于对照组(85.7%vs 69.8%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者用药期间均未出现明显的肝肾功能异常,观察组不良反应发生率与对照组相比差异不显著(12.7%vs 15.9%),无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胃食管反流患者实施兰索拉唑联合莫沙比利治疗,可有效缓解患者的临床症状,提高患者的生活质量,安全有效,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of lansoprazole combined with mosapride in the treatment of patients with gastroesophageal reflux. Methods 126 cases of patients with gastroesophageal reflux treated in our hospital from April 2012 to April 2014 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment method. The control group （63 cases） were given mosapride for treating, while the observation group （63 cases） received lansoprazole combined with mosapride therapy. After 6 weeks, the clinical effect and adverse reactions of two groups were observed, the changes of esophageal mucosa were evaluated. Results The clinical symptoms of the two groups were improved after treatment, but the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group （90.5%v s 76.2%）, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）; the total efficient rate of gastroscopy in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （85.7%v s 69.8%）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The abnormalities of liver and renal function in the two groups were not found during treatment period, the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups had no significant difference （12.7% vs 15.9%, P 〉0.05）. Conclusions For patients with gastroesophageal reflux, lansoprazole combined with mosapride can effectively alleviate patients＇; clinical symptoms and improve patients＇; life quality, which is safe and effective, and deserves promotion.
