开塞露应用于水合氯醛灌肠镇静的效果观察

Effect Observation of Glycerine Enema in Application of Enema Sedation by Chloral Hydrate

目的探讨观察开塞露应用于水合氯醛灌肠镇静的临床效果。方法选取我院2012年3月至2014年2月收治的100例需要进行水合氯醛灌肠镇静治疗患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患儿分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组患儿直接应用水合氯醛进行灌肠镇静,观察组患儿应用水合氯醛进行灌肠镇静前先利用开塞露进行塞肛通便。观察比较两组患儿的镇静灌肠的效果。结果观察组患者治疗显效34例,有效15例,无效1例;对照组治疗显效19例,有效23例,无效8例;观察组治疗总有效率(98.0%)明显高于对照组(84.0%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开塞露应用于水合氯醛灌肠镇静的临床效果显著,患儿的耐受性良好,值得在临床上应用和推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of glycerine enema in application of enema sedation by chloral hydrate. Methods 100 cases of children who needed enema sedation by chloral hydrate and admitted to our hospital from March 2012 to February 2014 were selected as research objects. All patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was directly given chloral hydrate to achieve enema sedation, while the observation group was given glycerine enema to plug anus and defecate before treatment. The effect of enema sedation between two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 98.0%, with conspicuous effect in 34 cases, effectivity in 15 cases and nullity in one case;the total effective rate of control group was 84.0%, with conspicuous effect in 19 cases, effectivity in 23 cases and nullity in 8 cases;the difference was statistical （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The clinical effect of glycerine enema in application of enema sedation by chloral hydrate is significant, with good tolerance in children, which deserves promotion in clinic.
