摘要
分析目前广泛应用的RFID阅读器的性能,提出了一种可调多频段RFID阅读器接收电路的实现方法。首先,利用ADF4351的锁相环和倍频器特性来产生宽频带频率源。对于锁相环电路,运用ADIsim PLL软件进行仿真。然后,分析和探讨了ADL5380下变频的基本原理和工作特性,利用其特性同时借助于数字衰减器和低噪放芯片,实现输出功率可调。最后,通过对硬件电路的调试和编写相关上位机及单片机控制程序,实现了多频段、功率可调的RFID阅读器接收电路。
Analysis of the widely used RFID reader performance, a method is proposed to achieve an adjustable multi - hand RFID reader receives the circuit. First, the use of phase - locked loop and characteristie ADF4351 frequeney multiplier to generate wideband frequency source. For the phase- locked loop circuit, using ADIsimPLL software emulation. Then, analyze and discuss the basic principles and operating eharacteristics ADL5380 downconversion, the use of its properties and the help of a digital attenuator and low noise amplifier chip, the output power is adjustable. Finally, through the hardware circuit debugging and preparation of related PC and MCU control procedures to achieve a multi -band, power adjustable RFID reader receiver circuit.
