浅谈油库消防管理

BRIEF DISCUSSION ON FIRE FIGHTING MANAGEMENT FOR OIL DEPOTS

目前大多数成品油库都属于分销库,不再设置专职消防队,油库消防往往采用依托地方政府消防站及油库本身的兼职消防队负责的方式,这就对油库消防管理提出了更高的要求。简要分析了目前油库消防管理现状,从思想意识、管理制度、消防设备、消防投入、人员素质等方面指出了油库消防工作存在的问题,从设备、思想意识、组织结构、消防演练等方面对油库消防系统管理进行了探讨,为更好的管理油库消防提出了建议。同时提出了油库消防建设及管理的发展方向。

Currently,most of the product oil depots belong to the distribution oil depots and there is no longer setting of full-time fire brigade. Fire fighting for oil depots often relies on the fire stations of local governments and part-time firefighters of the oil depots,which puts forward higher requirements on fire fighting management for oil depots. This paper briefly analyzes the present situation of fire fighting management at oil depots. It points out the existing problems in oil depots fire fighting work from the aspects of ideology,management system,fire fighting equipment,fire fighting investment and personnel quality and so on. The paper discusses the fire fighting management for oil depots from the aspects of equipment,ideology,organizational structure,fire fighting drills and so forth. It brings forward some suggestions for better fire fighting management for oil depots. Meanwhile,the paper also presents the development direction for the construction and management of fire fighting at oil depots.
