摘要
由于线路路径复杂和施工作业工期短等外部条件的限制,110 k V热石线改造不能采用传统的加大线径的办法进行增容。一种性能优越的高科技新材料—碳纤维复合芯导线的成功研发和应用,解决了架空输电领域存在的许多技术瓶颈。从碳纤维复合芯导线的结构和特点入手,结合国内外研发和应用的实况,详述了碳纤维复合芯导线在中国石化武汉分公司热石线改造工程中的应用,具有广泛的推广意义。
Due to the limitation of external conditions in the transformation of 110kV Re-shi line,including the complexity of circuit path,the short construction duration and so on,the traditional approach to increase the wire diameter for expanding the capacity can't be adopted. The aluminum conductor composite core( ACCC) is a new high-performance high-tech material and the successful development and application of it has solved many technological bottlenecks in the field of overhead electricity transmission. This paper firstly describes the structure and characteristics of ACCC. And then combining with the practical situation of domestic and international development and application,the paper illustrates the application of it in SINOPEC Wuhan Company Re-shi line transformation project in detail,which has wide promotion prospects in similar projects.
