摘要
针对延迟焦化装置含油污水水质复杂的特点,通过下水系统改造、冷焦污水流程改造、加破乳剂及电脱盐注水调整等污水综合治理措施,提高了污水水质,实现了污水分类分流,年回用污水130 464 t,新鲜水耗量下降78.7%。同时,使外排污水含油从186.8 mg/L降低到81.2 mg/L,COD从3 380 mg/L降低到1 260 mg/L,改善了外排污水水质,实现了年污水减排87 264 t,有效地降低了污水处理装置的负荷,控制了污水造成的环境污染。
Aiming at the complicity of the oily wastewater from delayed coking unit,a comprehensive method is implemented to improve the wastewater reuse through sew system revamp,wastewater process modification of cold coke,adding de-emulsifier and electric desalting water injection. As a result,the wastewater quality is improved and the wastewater is divided into different categories and separated. The amount of recovered wastewater is 130464 t / a and the amount of fresh water consumption is dropped by 78.7%. Meanwhile,the oil concentration in discharged wastewater is reduced from 186. 8 mg / L to 81. 2 mg /L and COD from 3380 mg / L to 1260 mg / L. The quality of the discharged wastewater is improved and wastewater discharge is reduced by 87264 tons each year. So the load of the wastewater treatment device is lowered effectively and environmental pollution caused by wastewater is under control.
