摘要
随着国家对大气环境质量的关注,环保形势日益严峻。为落实国家环保部对削减石化企业VOCs排放的要求,同时也为了保护环境和维护员工身体健康,炼化企业必须积极开展储罐呼吸气治理。介绍了金陵石化含硫污水罐区呼吸气治理的基本情况,阐述了低温柴油吸收+碱洗技术的工艺原理、基本设计参数和工艺流程。对该吸收方法在炼化企业应用的适用性和优点进行了分析。对装置2013年的运行效果进行了评价,基于运行效果数据估算了装置产生的经济效益和环境效益。
As the nationwide atmospheric environment quality is widely concerned,environmental situation is becoming more serious. In order to meet the demands of the Ministry of Environmental Protection which aim to curtail refinery enterprises' volatile organic compound emission and to protect environment and employees' health,refinery enterprises must carry out the treatment tank breathing gas actively. This article introduces the basic information of Jinling Company's sour water tank breathing gas treatment unit. It also briefly illustrates the principles,basic design parameters and technological process of low temperature diesel absorption + alkaline wash technology. And it analyzes the feasibility and advantages of this absorption method in refinery enterprises. Finally,it evaluates the running effect of the unit in 2013 and based on the data of the running effect,the article estimates the economic and environmental benefits brought by this unit.
