摘要
依据现场职业卫生调查、检验、检测结果,对某处理厂油泥砂焚烧装置粉尘污染进行了调查分析。针对油泥砂焚烧矽尘污染严重,对产尘点锅炉底出料口及除尘器出料区进行矽尘治理。治理前,锅炉底出料口、除尘器出料区矽尘定点检测及巡检工、视频监控工(个体)时间加权平均浓度均超过国家职业接触限值,治理后巡检工、视频监控工(个体)时间加权平均浓度均低于国家职业接触限值,锅炉底出料口、除尘器出料区矽尘定点检测虽不符合超限倍数要求,但与治理前相比下降幅度较大,矽尘浓度得到有效控制。经过分析,本次粉尘治理措施有效、可行,还应加强除尘系统的维护和生产现场管理等综合措施。
This paper made an investigation and analysis on the dust pollution caused by oily sludge incineration of a treatment plant through adopting the methods of occupational health survey and occupational hazard detection. Aiming at the serious siliceous dust pollution from oily sludge incineration,corresponding measures were taken to treat the siliceous dust pollution which was mainly in discharge port and precipitator discharge area. Before treatment,the boiler discharge port,precipitator discharge area and the time-weighted average concentration of the routing inspection workers and video monitor workers all exceeded the national occupational exposure limits. However,after treatment,the time-weighted average concentration of the routing inspection workers and video monitor workers was under the limit while the former still exceeded the limit but declined heavily,which meant the siliceous dust pollution was controlled effectively. Through analysis,the treatment measures for dust were effective and feasible. The combined measures such as the maintenance of dust removal system and work place management shall be enhanced.
