经尿道前列腺球囊扩裂术与等离子电切术治疗前列腺增生症的临床疗效比较

Comparison of clinical effects between transurethral prostate sacculus transverse fracture and plasma kinetic prostatectomy in the treatment of hyperplasia of prostate

目的比较分析经尿道前列腺球囊扩裂术与等离子电切术治疗前列腺增生症的临床疗效和安全性。方法 104例前列腺增生症患者,随机分为前列腺球囊扩裂组(经尿道前列腺球囊扩裂术治疗)和等离子电切术组(等离子电切术治疗),每组52例。比较两组的手术时间、术中出血量、国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量评分(QOL)和残余尿量(PVR)和不良反应发生率。结果治疗前两组的临床资料差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经治疗后,等离子电切术组的术中出血量、手术时间、IPSS、QOL和PVR显著优于前列腺球囊扩裂术组(P<0.05),但其不良反应发生率高于前列腺球囊扩裂术组(P<0.05)。结论在临床中,应根据患者的身体情况、手术适应证和治疗意愿确定最佳的治疗方案,以提高临床疗效和改善患者的满意度。

Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effects and safety of transurethral prostate sacculus transverse fracture and plasma kinetic prostatectomy in the treatment of hyperplasia of prostate. Methods A total of 104 patients with hyperplasia of prostate were randomly divided into prostate sacculus transverse fracture group （transurethral prostate sacculus transverse fracture for treatment） and plasma kinetic prostatectomy group （plasma kinetic prostatectomy for treatment）, and each group contained 52 cases. Comparisons were made on operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, international prostate symptom score （IPSS）, quality of life （QOL）, post-void residual volume （PVR）, and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups. Results The difference of clinical data before treatment between the two groups had no statistical significance （P〉0.05）. After treatment, plasma kinetic prostatectomy group had better intraoperative bleeding volume, operation time, PISS, QOL, and PVR than the prostate sacculus transverse fracture group （P〈0.05）, while it also had higher incidence of adverse reactions than prostate sacculus transverse fracture group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The best treatment schedule should be determined by physical condition, surgical indications and patients’ willingness, so as to improve clinical effect and patients’ satisfaction degree.
