冠状动脉介入术相关的迷走神经反射30例分析

Analysis of 30 related vagal reflex cases of coronary intervention

目的分析研究30例冠状动脉介入手术患者发生迷走神经反射的原因和治疗方法。方法回顾性分析30例行冠状动脉介入术后发生心血管迷走神经反射患者的临床资料。结果 30例均为股动脉穿刺者,其中拔鞘管前7例,拔鞘管后23例。经及时处理,患者的心血管迷走神经反射症状均得以恢复正常。结论冠状动脉介入术前及拔除鞘管前后应做好充分准备,密切观察病情,及时发现并采取正确的抢救措施,可有效预防心血管迷走神经反射的发生。

Objective To analyze the reasons and treatment methods of 30 vagal reflex cases of coronary intervention.Methods Clinical data of 30 cardiovascular vagal reflex cases after coronary intervention were retrospectively analyzed.Results All the 30 cases had femoral artery puncture, and among them there were 7 cases before pulling sheathing canal and 23 cases after pulling sheathing canal. All patients gained normal recovery of cardiovascular vagal reflex by timely treatment.Conclusion Full preparation, close observation and correct rescue measures should be applied before coronary intervention and pulling sheathing canal, and that can effectively prevent cardiovascular vagal reflex.
