摘要
目的甲状腺功能亢进症(甲亢)合并粒细胞缺乏、侵袭性真菌感染患者的护理。方法针对诊断明确的甲亢合并粒细胞缺乏、侵袭性真菌感染患者,在准确执行医嘱的基础上,加强护理方面的水平:密切观察病情变化,注意加强呼吸道护理,做好用药时的生命体征的监测,及时做好心理护理等。结果经过精心治疗及护理,治疗23 d后患者病情好转出院。结论对于病情复杂的危重患者更应加强作息护理工作,从而帮助患者更平稳度过危险期,顺利恢复健康。
Objective Nursing of patients of hyperthyroidism complicated with agranulocytosis and invasive fungal disease. Methods On the basis of following medical orders, enhancing nursing level was necessary for diagnosed patients of hyperthyroidism complicated with agranulocytosis and invasive fungal disease. Close observation of disease, nursing of respiratory tract, monitoring of vital signs during medication, and mental nursing were all necessary. Results After detailed treatment and nursing, all patients left hospital after 23 d of treatment. Conclusion Routine nursing work should be enhanced for critical patients to make them live through crisis period and recover.
