摘要
目的分析人性化护理服务在重症医学科的应用,并为深入研究提供一定依据。方法 96例重症患者,随机分成治疗组和对照组,各48例。对照组患者采用常规护理,治疗组患者在常规护理的基础上加入了人性化护理服务,治疗后观察两组患者的满意度及患者的恢复情况。结果治疗组患者中全部满意,满意度为100.0%,而对照组满意39例,满意度为81.3%,治疗组的满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者的恢复时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对人性化护理服务在重症医学科的应用,可以为患者提供一个优良的治疗环境,使患者病情好转快,具有重要的临床意义。
Objective To analyze the application of humanized nursing service in department of intensive medicine, in order to provide reference for further research.Methods A total of 96 critical patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 48 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received conventional nursing, and those in the treatment group received additional humanized nursing service. Patients’ satisfaction degree and recovery condition were observed after treatment.Results All patients in the treatment group were satisfactory with the treatment, and their satisfaction degree was 100.0%. There were 39 cases in the control group with satisfaction, and their satisfaction degree was 81.3%. The treatment group had much higher satisfaction degree than the control group, and the difference between them had statistical significance (P〈0.05). Recovery time of patients was much shorter in the treatment group than in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance (P〈0.05).Conclusion Application of humanized nursing service can provide a good treatment environment for patients in department of intensive medicine. It can promote patients’ recovery, and it contains important clinical significance.
