生理盐水浸泡在拆除负压引流敷料时的应用探讨

Application investigation of normal saline soak in dismantling vacuum sealing drainage dressing

目的探讨在拆除负压引流敷料时用生理盐水浸泡以减轻患者疼痛的临床效果。方法负压引流术(VSD)102例患者按拆除敷料日期的单双数随机分为观察组(52例)和对照组(50例),单数日为观察组,在拆除负压引流敷料前注入无菌生理盐水浸泡敷料10 min;双数日为对照组,按常规拆除敷料,观察两组患者拆除敷料时的疼痛程度、创面红肿情况、一次创面治愈率。结果观察组患者剧烈疼痛例数明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);创面红肿情况、创面治愈率两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在拆除负压引流敷料前用生理盐水浸泡敷料可明显减轻患者疼痛,而没有增加感染的几率和影响治愈率,临床可推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of normal saline soak in dismantling vacuum sealing drainage dressing to reduce patients’ pain.Methods A total of 102 patients receiving vacuum sealing drainage （VSD） were randomly divided into observation group （n=52） as odd number date and control group （n=50） as even number date. Normal saline soak was applied for 10 min before dismantling vacuum sealing drainage dressing in the observation group. The control group received conventional dismantling method. Pain degree, wound inflammation and first time wound healing rate of the two groups were observed.Results The observation group had less cases with severe pain than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The difference of wound inflammation and first time wound healing rate between the two groups had no statistical significance （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Normal saline soak can reduce patients’ pain in dismantling vacuum sealing drainage dressing, while the infection rate and cure rate are not influenced by it. This method is worth clinical promotion and application.
