摘要
第二次世界大战时期,在援助法国非占领区和法属北非问题上,英国期待以有限放松封锁来换取维希政府的合作,否则即重新加强对法国的经济封锁。这与积极援法的美国产生了严重分歧,为此双方进行了多次协调。1941年5月维希政府公开宣布同德国合作后,英美在援法问题上的分歧逐渐缩小并最终趋于一致。
In Second World War, concerning relief and aid to French unoccupied zone and French North Africa, Britain expected to have limited relaxation of blockade for obtaining the cooperation from Viehy Government. Anglo-American had fierce disagreements over aiding France, and the two great powers coordinated their policy as well. Since Vichy government announced her collaboration with Nazi Germany in May 1941, sontradictions of Anglo-American on issue of aiding France had narrowed and tend to agree.
