抗高血压药物的临床应用分析

Analysis of the Clinical Application of Antihypertensive Drugs

目的探讨抗高血压药物的临床应用情况。方法收集我院接收诊治的高血压100例患者资料,依照患者的病情程度,给予抗高血压药物。结果抗高血压使用率前3位的药物为利尿药物、钙拮抗药物、β受体阻断药物;不同病情的患者采用联合用药,不合理用药率为2.0%。结论利尿药物、钙拮抗药物、β受体阻断药物使用率最高,临床治疗效果较好。

Objective To explore the clinical application of antihypertensive drugs.Methods Hypertension patient data colected in our hospital received the diagnosis and treatment of 100 cases,according to the severity of patients,treated with antihypertensive drug.Results Anti hypertension drugs before using 3 bit rate for calcium antagonists,diuretics,beta receptor blocking drugs;the different condition of patients using the drug combination,the irrational drug use rate was 2.0%.Conclusion Calcium antagonists,diuretics,beta receptor blocking drugs with the highest rate,better clinical therapeutic effect.
