跟骨骨折患者的临床治疗

Clinical Treatment of Calcaneal Fracture Patients

目的探讨跟骨骨折患者的相关治疗方法以及效果。方法收集我院2012年8月至2014年7月收治的60例跟骨骨折患者资料,将患者完全随机分为两组,对照组患者选择撬拨复位固定法治疗,观察组患者则选择切开复位固定法治疗。结果经有效治疗后,对照组患者治疗总合格率为73.3%,而观察组患者的治疗总合格率为90.0%,观察组患者临床疗效明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于跟骨骨折患者应用切开复位固定方法实施治疗,临床疗效明显。

Objective To investigate the calcaneal fractures in patients with treatment-related effects were observed as wel.Methods Colected in our hospital from August 2012 to July 2014 were treated 60 cases of patient data calcaneal fractures were randomly divided into two groups,patients choose poking fixation method of treatment,the patients in the observation group,select Open reduction fixation method described treatment.Results After the effective treatment and control group patients overal pass rate of 73.3%,while the treatment of patients in the observation group overal pass rate of 90.0%,clinical observation group were significantly higher,the difference was statisticaly significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion For calcaneal fractures were treated with open reduction and fixation method of treatment,the clinical effect is obvious.
