大面积脑梗死伴发脑疝的术后护理

Nursing of Large Area Cerebral Infarction Accompanied with Cerebral Hernia after Surgery

目的探讨大面积脑梗死伴发脑疝的术后护理措施和护理效果。方法收集我院2013年4月至2014年8月期间诊治的大面积脑梗死伴发脑疝患者69例临床资料,将患者按随机数字表法分为试验组(36例)与对照组(33例),对照组患者采用常规护理管理,试验组患者在对照组的基础上实施综合护理干预,对两组患者的并发症发生情况及护理满意度进行分析比较。结果研究结果显示,试验组患者的总满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对大面积脑梗死伴发脑疝患者实施综合护理干预具有良好的临床疗效。

Objective To analyze large area cerebral infarction with postoperative nursing and nursing effect of cerebral hernia.Methods Colected from April 2013-August 2014 during the diagnosis and treatment of 69 cases with large area cerebral infarction cerebral hernia patients as the research object,in the form of random number table group is divided into experimental group（36 cases）and control group（33 cases）,control group were treated by routine nursing management,experimental group patients in the control group on the basis of the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention,on complications of two groups of patients and nursing satisfaction analysis comparison.Results The results showed that the patients satisfaction rate of patients was obviously higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）,complication rates significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion For patients with large area cerebral infarction cerebral hernia comprehensive nursing intervention has good clinical curative effect.
