全程护理对脊柱结核患者服药依从性的影响

Influence of whole range Nursing care on Medication Compliance in Patients with Spinal Tuberculosis

目的探讨全程护理对脊柱结核患者服药依从性的影响。方法收集110例脊柱结核患者资料,将患者按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各55例。对照组患者实行常规护理,研究组患者实行全程护理。比较两组患者的服药依从性。结果研究组患者的服药依从性明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全程护理可有效提高脊柱结核患者的遵医意识和遵医行为,改善患者的服药依从性,是控制病情进展和降低疾病复发的有效方式。

Objective To explore the effect of the whole nursing care on medication compliance in patients with spinal tuberculosis.Methods Colection of 110 cases of spinal tuberculosis patient data,were randomly divided into study group and control group,each of 55 cases.The control group routine nursing practice in patients with whole course nursing practice,the study group patients.Comparison of two groups of patients with medication compliance. Results The compliance of the patients in the study groups was obviously superior to the control group,the difference has statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The whole course nursing can effectively improve the compliance of patients with spinal tuberculosis awareness and compliance behavior,improve the compliance of the patients,control the progress of the disease and is an effective way to reduce recurrence.
