健康教育在眼球摘除术患者中的应用价值

Health Education Extraction Surgery in Patients with Eye

目的探讨健康教育在眼球摘除术患者中的应用价值。方法收集60例眼球摘除术患者资料,将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,对照组患者行常规护理,观察组患者则在此基础上进行针对性的健康教育,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者焦虑评分及住院时间明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在常规护理的基础上给予眼球摘除术患者针对性的健康教育可有效的改善焦虑症状,缩短住院时间。

Objective To investigate the health education extraction surgery in patients with eye.Methods Colected 60 cases of enucleation data patients,divided into the observation group and control group,30 cases in each group,the control group of routine nursing care for patients,patients in the observation group was carried out on the basis of targeted health education and nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results Score the observation group patients anxiety symptoms and duration of hospitalization was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Give the improvement in patients with targeted health education can be effective in patients with anxiety symptoms enucleation on the basis of routine nursing,and can shorten the time of hospitalization.
