临床护理路径在膝关节结核围术期患者中的应用价值

目的探讨临床护理路径在膝关节结核围术期患者中的应用价值。方法收集80例膝关节结核患者资料,将患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组患者围术期予以常规护理,研究组患者围术期采用临床护理路径进行护理。比较两组患者的并发症发生率、住院时间及出院时关节活动度。结果与对照组比较,研究组患者的并发症发生率低、住院时间短、关节活动度较大,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在膝关节结核围术期实行临床护理路径可有效促进患者关节活动度的恢复,并降低并发症,缩短治疗时间。

Objective To explore the efect of clinical nursing pathway in patients with tuberculosis of knee joint in the perioperative period.Methods 80 cases of knee joint tuberculosis patient data,were randomly divided into two groups. Control group given routine nursing in perioperative period,research based on clinical nursing pathway in patients with perioperative nursing group.Comparison of two groups of patients with complication rate,hospitalization time and discharge joint activity.Results Compared with the control group,the study group patients with low incidence of complications,shorter hospitalization time,joint activity is larger,the diference was statisticaly significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the implementation of tuberculosis of knee joint perioperative clinical nursing path can efectively promote the joint activity degree of recovery of patients,and reduce complications,shorten the treatment time.
