摘要
目的探讨Bentall手术患者配合护理措施的效果。方法将我院收治的9例接受Bentall手术治疗的胸主动脉瘤患者作为研究对象,均配合护理,并观察护理效果。结果患者手术均顺利进行,平均体外循环时间为(152±25)min,平均主动脉阻断时间为(122±19)min。结论对马方综合征、主动脉夹层瘤患者运用Bentall手术进行治疗的基础上实施有效的护理配合,能够提升手术治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the Bental operation in patients with nursing measure and effect.Methods Colection of 9 patients in our hospita的l underwent Bental surgery in the treatment of thoracic aortic aneurysm patient data as the research object,were given nursing operation cooperation and nursing effect observation.Results Patients with operation were performed successfuly,the average CPB time was（152±25）min,the mean duration of aortic cross clamping（122±19）min.Conclusion In Marfan＇s syndrome,the effective nursing of aortic dissection aneurysm patients by Bental operation for the treatment of the foundation,can enhance the effect of operation treatment.
