助产士分级管理模式的应用效果

Application effect of Midwife Hierarchical Management mode

目的探讨助产士分级管理模式的应用效果。方法收集我院2010年3月开始对1 236例初产妇实施助产士分级管理模式的资料,依据助产士分级管理模式开展前后时间段分为实施前组611例和实施后组625例,比较实施前后产科质量各项指标、护理质量及投诉情况。结果实施后组初产妇的会阴伤口感染率、会阴侧切率、宫颈裂伤率、产后出血率均明显低于实施前组;且护理投诉案例、护理缺陷发生率均明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论实行助产士分级管理模式,设置助产组长,进行过程控制,提升服务质量,有助于实现护理工作的持续改进,并尝试培养助产专科护士和临床护理专家。

Objective To investigate the effect of the application of midwife hierarchical management mode. Methods Data of 1236 cases colected in our hospital from 2010 March to begin the implementation of midwife hierarchical management mode of primipara before and after period of time,according to the development of midwife hierarchical management mode is divided into before the implementation of group of 611 cases and after the implementation of group 625 cases,compared before and after implementation of the obstetric quality index,and the quality of nursing complaints.Results Rate,lateral episiotomy rate,cervical laceration rate,the rate of postpartum hemorrhage was significantly lower than that before the implementation group primipara after the implementation of the perineum wound infection;incidence were obviously decreased and the nursing complaint cases,nursing defects,the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Midwives grading management mode,set the midwifery leader,process control,improve service quality,help to achieve continuous improvement of nursing work, and try to explore the culture and midwifery specialty nurses and clinical nurse specialists.
