摘要
管理的科学性不应仅仅依据于对人区别于一般动物的特征的认识，而应依据于对人的基本属性和各种需要及具体人的特征的认识。对人的基本属性的认识要求科学的管理必须尊重人、爱护人、信任人、提高人，必须正确处理人际关系、社会关系以及人与自然的关系。
Abstract:The Scientific nature of management should not only depend on recognizing the features of humans distinguished from those of common animals, but also depends on recognizing thefeatures of basic human attributes, various human needs and particular human features Tile recognition of basic human attributes demands that scientific management respect man, care man, trustman, and promote man, and it requires the correct dealing of human relationships, of social relationships and of relationships between man and nature.
