惠州市人乳头瘤病毒感染分型特点分析 被引量:2

Analysis of human papillomavirus infection types in Huizhou city

摘要 目的了解和分析广东省惠州市女性宫颈感染人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)基因型的分布情况,为各级医疗机构、疾控中心制定HPV感染的治疗方案及防范措施、为我国HPV疫苗的研发和使用提供科学依据。方法利用实时荧光定量聚合酶链(FQ-PCR)反应对从2014年1~7月在惠州市惠阳区人民医院和惠州市第二妇幼保健院进行体检的有性行为的女性共3 673例进行HPV基因亚型检测,其中包括15种高危型(HPV16、18、31、33、35、39、45、51、52、56、58、59、68、73、82)及5种低危型(HPV6、11、42、43、44)。结果 HPV的总检出率为22.65%(832/3673),其中高危型检出率为18.84%(692/3 673),低危型检出率为2.86%(105/3673),混合型感染(感染型别多于两种及以上)检出率为0.95%(35/3673)。在20岁以下,21~25岁,26~30岁,31~35岁,36~40岁,41~45岁,46~50岁,50岁以上的不同年龄段HPV感染率分别为7.09%,15.51%,15.51%,19.35%,17.05%,11.67%,10.94%,2.88%。在感染HPV的832人中,高危型感染主要为16型(25.96%),52型(15.26%),18型(9.51%),33型(7.93%)及56型(7.33%)。低危型感染以11型(6.37%)为主,混合型感染以16/58型(1.80%)为主。结论在惠州市HPV高危型感染主要为16,52,18,33和56型,低危型感染主要为11型,高危型的流行导致了混合型16/58,16/18等感染的增多。 Objective To analyze the genotypes prevalence and epidemiological characteristics of of human papillomavir- us( Human Papillomavirus HPV)in Hui zhou city,Guang dang province is to provide scientific basis for HPV vaccine devel- opment and establish the treatment and prevention measures of HPV for all levels of medicalinstitution. Methods Use real time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (FQ-PCR) to test HPV gene subtypes for the total 3673 eases of healthy check-up female who is have sexual behavior in Huizhou Sixth People's Hospital and Huizhou NO. 2 Women's and Children's Heahhcare Hospital from January ,2014 to July,2014, which includes 15 high-risk types ( HPV16,18,31,33,35, 39,45,51,52,56,58,59,68,73,82)and 5 low-risk types(HPV6,11,42,43,44).Results The HPV positive rate was 22. 65% (832/3673), of which high-risk HPV detected rates were 18. 84% (692/3673),low-risk HPV detected rates was 2. 86% (105/3673) , mixed infection (infection more than two and above types ) detection rate was 0. 95% (35/3673). The positive rates of HPV at different age groups ,aged 〈 20,26 -30,31 -35,36 -40,41 -45,46 ~ 50, 〉 50 years were 7. 09% , 15.51% ,15.51% ,19. 35% ,17.05% , 11.67% , 10. 94% ,2. 88%. In 832 people HPV infection cases,the high-risk HPV infection is type 16 ( 25.96% ), 52 ( 15.26% ), 18 ( 9. 51% ), 33 ( 7.93 % ) and 56 ( 7. 33% ) and Low-risk HPV infection is type 11 (6. 37% ) ,mixed infection of type16/58 (1.80%). Conclusion HPV 16,52,18,33 and 56 are the most prevalence high-risk subtypes and HPV 11 was the most prevalence low-risk subtype in Huizhou city, high-risk HPV infection lead to double infection HPV16/58 and HPV16/18 inereasesed.
