某型航空机轮热/固耦合中热场对轮毂强度的影响

Influence of The Intensity of Certain Type of Aircraft Wheel Hub under Thermal Field of The Heat-structure Interaction

摘要 本文针对机轮轮毂在热场和径侧向联合载荷作用下的静强度应力分布行研究,通过使用Ansys Workbench软件建立机轮的有限元模型,采用间接热/固耦合方法进行数值模拟分析。模拟结果显示:刹车热场使机轮轮毂的受载环境更加恶劣,机轮轮毂在刹车热场作用下各点应力值均有显著增加,对轮毂的应力强度要求至少提高10 MPa,应力上升幅度大于19.6%。 Aiming at study on distribution line of the wheel hub in the thermal field and lateral joint under static load strength stress, the finite element model of wheel hub is established by the Ansys Workbench software. The indirect heat-structure coupling methods is used for numerical simulation. The distribution of stress of static strength of the wheel hub in thermal field combined with diameter and lateral load is analyzed. The result shows that the braking thermal field worsens the loading condition of wheel hub, increases the stress value of each point on wheel hub, improves the stress requirement of wheel hub at least 10 MPa, and leads to an increase of stress value more than 19.6%.
