设计了一种基于频压变换芯片VFC320的超速检测装置,该装置可将编码器信号的频率线性地转换为电压信号,逻辑电路部分由可编程逻辑器件完成,为安全性要求高的运动控制系统提供了一路冗余保护信号。

An over speed monitor device based on frequency-to-voltage integrated circuit VFC320 is designed, it can linearly convert the frequency of the encoder output signal to voltage, then compare this voltage with the given speed to generate the over speed signal, the logical circuit part was implemented in CPLD. This device provides a redundancy protection signal for safety-critical motion control system.
