通过对铝制精密活门偶件的加工工艺方法的研究,分析了目前铝制精密活门偶件硬质阳极化表面产生白点白道缺陷的原因及预防措施,解决长期以来铝制精密活门偶件一次交检合格率低的问题,提升了精密偶件类的加工能力。

The study reported the causes and precautions of white spots and white lines defect on hard anodized surface of aluminum precision valve coupled parts by research on processing method. The problem of low rate of qualified inspection for aluminum precision valve coupled parts was resolved. The processing capacity for precision parts was improved.
