[目的 /意义]全媒体时代的阅读以其独特的阅读方式和手段,打破了传统阅读的束缚,引领全民阅读推进转型。对这种新兴的良莠不齐、利弊兼存的阅读形态内容,必须进行人为的监督控制,努力优化网络信息资源,为全民阅读提供优质的数字化阅读内容。[方法 /过程]基于全民阅读活动中数字化阅读发展现状的调研,对数字化阅读特征展开综合分析,同时提出数字化阅读在网络资源内容监管、网络法制建设、数字资源规范以及信息数字鸿沟等方面存在的漏洞与问题,进而提出对数字化信息资源内容的监控与正能量引导策略。[结果/结论]为保障数字化阅读活动的良性发展,应完善网络内容监管立法,统一网络行政管理机制,提倡职业道德与读者自律,提升网络技术监管能力以及缩小城乡数字鸿沟等发展措施,为全民阅读提供优质的数字化阅读资源,是推动数字化阅读运行的关键。

Aiming at the new form of reading which intermingles advantages and disadvantages, we must carry on supervisory and control and make great efforts to optimize the network information resources, so as to provide high-quality digital reading resources for the national reading. [ Method/process ] Based on the survey of the digital reading status in the national reading, this paper makes a general analysis of the digital reading characteristics, concludes the problems including internet content supervision, internet statutory construction, digital resource conformity and digital gap, and puts forwards the strategy of supervising the digital contents and guiding in a positive way. [Result/conclusion ] In order to strengthen the supervision and the correct guide on digital reading content, we should put forward a series of improvement measures such as perfecting supervision legislation for the Internet content, and unifying administrative management mechanism of network, and carrying out the benign guidance of moral and self - discipline, and establishing network technology scheme to improve the regulatory capacity. Providing high quality digital reading resources for the whole people to read is the key to promote the development of the digital reading.
