Open Knowledge Resource Management for Innovation: Several Theoretical Issues

[目的 /意义]针对开放创新环境下开放知识大量出现的背景以及现有知识管理理论实践的局限,对开放知识资源管理涉及的若干理论问题进行梳理,指出有关研究在开放创新条件下的研究价值和发展方向。[方法/过程]通过文献回顾,从开放创新、开放知识、知识资源和知识管理等理论视角梳理和分析开放知识资源管理的理论基础,指出相关理论研究的特点和不足,讨论开放知识资源管理的内涵。[结果 /结论]认为需要从资源视角认识开放知识,从资源管理者的角度理解知识资源的开放性,进而发挥开放知识资源对创新活动的驱动作用。

[ Purpose/significance ] Under the background of open innovation environment, with the advent of substantial open knowledge, and against the limitation of existing knowledge management theory and practice, this paper delineates several major theoretical issues of open knowledge resource management, and points out the value and direction of related research in the open innovation environment. [ Method/process ] By literature review, form viewpoints of open innovation, open knowledge, knowledge resource and knowledge management theories, the paper analyzes the theoretical foundation of open knowledge resource management, discusses characteristics and defects of related research, and develops the concept of open knowledge resource management. [ Result/conclusion] The paper argues to recognize open knowledge from resource view, understand the openness of knowledge resource from standpoint of resource manager, to make the function of open knowledge resource in innovation.
