摘要
落后的广告教育所造成的专业人才匮乏,已成为制约我国广告业发展的最大瓶颈。高职广告教育要紧密结合行业发展需求,以企业需求为核心,合理设置广告设计专业课程。以学生为主体,教师为主导,采取学生团队式的工作室教学模式和项目化的教学模式。通过校企联动培养,缩小广告设计专业人才培养与企业、行业人才需求之间的差距,以提高学生的就业竞争力。
It has become a big problem of lacking of talents which hinders the development of advertisement because of the backward advertising education.Higher vocational education should be closely combined with the needs of advertising industry and meets the core requirements of enterprises with a reasonable set of curriculums of advertising design.Adopting the teaching mode of students team of studios and the mode of projects oriented which is students oriented and taking the teachers as the leading factor.Shortening the gap between professional training the talents with of advertising design and the needs of enterprises to improve the employment competitiveness of students through the cooperative trainings of schools and enterprises.
