Path Exploration on Vitality Construction of the Community-Level League Organization in Township——Taking Zhenhai Area in Ningbo City as an Example

伴随着经济社会的快速发展,青年的思想状态、群体结构和社会分布呈现出新的变化和发展,给乡镇(街道)基层共青团工作带来了一定的难度和挑战。镇海团区委以实证调研为基础,遵循SMART团建工作法,尝试以"双网互动·青春微圈"为载体和纽带,积极探索基层团组织活力建设的工作路径。

With the rapid economic and social development, the youths＇ mind state, population structure and social distribution present a new change and development, which causes difficulty and challenge to the community-level Communist Youth League work in township. Based on the demonstration research and SMART League building method, the Communist Youth League Committee of Zhenhai Area tries to take ＂online and offline interaction, micro-circle of the youth＂ as a carrier to explore the work path of the community-level League organization vitality construction positively.
