摘要
基于配电网结构和运行方式特点,针对大面积停电问题,提出了新的解决策略,并根据现有分布式电源大量接入的优势,提出了计及分布式电源的配电网大面积停电恢复算法,利用关键路径法进行网络重构,增强算法的可实现性。依据所提出的计及分布式电源的大面积停电恢复算法,在OPEN-3200配电自动化管理系统进行了仿真验证,结果表明本算法优化效率高、优化方案可行。
A new solving strategy for large area blackout is provided based on the distribution network structure and operation mode. A blackouts restoration algorithm considering distributed power is proposed by taking the advantage of large scale integration of distribution generation. . The critical path method is used to enhance the feasibility of the algorithm. The proposed blackouts restoration algorithm is verified in the OPEN-3200 distribution management system. The simulation results show the high efficiency of the algorithm and the feasibility of the optimization.
