摘要 讨论了电缆线路的新型就地馈线自动化模式,提出了主干线采用基于网络拓扑的区域故障定位与隔离,分支线采用就地分界保护功能,并与变电站出口断路器级差配合的策略。详细论述了该策略的原理和方案,着重讨论了单元式网络拓扑机制和基于3G无线专网的双通道通信机制:信息畸变、信息交互机制、信息交互时空特性、信息交互安全特性;给出了配套产品的整体设计,并在中山局五桂山进行了工程示范,验证了可靠性和准确性,对现有10k V电缆网馈线自动化的探索具有较大的理论和实践指导意义。 The mode of a new pattern of locally cable feeder automation is discussed. Network topology based fault area location and isolation for backbone lines, local separation protection for branch lines are used as the strategy, as well as the stage difference coordination with the substation circuit breakers. This paper discusses the principle and program, specifically dual-channel communication mechanism based on 3rd-Generation, including information distortion, information interaction mechanism, interactive features of time and space, interactive information security features. Related product is designed and demonstrated in Zhongshan Power Company, verifying the reliability and accuracy of this solution. It has an important guiding significance theoretical and practical for the research of 10kV cable feeder automation.
