摘要
干旱严重影响甘蓝型油菜(Brassica napus L.)的生长发育、产量和品质。着重阐述了干旱胁迫对甘蓝型油菜生长发育的影响和植物耐旱机制,脱落酸(ABA)参与信号传导、气孔调控、促进脯氨酸的合成等方面的研究进展,提出了进一步强化植物耐旱机制研究的必要性。
Drought is one of the serious stresses for the growth, yield and oil quality of rapeseed production in China. Effects of drought on rapeseed growth and mechanisms of drought tolerance were reviewed.The role of ABA in signal transduction, stomatal closure and enhancement of the Pro content was summariged. Researches on mechanisms of drought tolerance were prospected.
