不同屠宰日龄黑羽肉鸭消化器官分析 被引量:3

摘要 通过屠宰测定对42、56、70、90日龄的黑羽肉鸭消化器官的生长规律进行了研究。结果表明,公母鸭胰腺、肌腺胃、心、肝重均随着日龄的增加呈不断增加的趋势。公鸭的心重与体重之比在70日龄最高,母鸭在56日龄最高;公鸭的肝重与体重之比在42日龄最高,母鸭的肝重与体重之比在56日龄最高;公、母鸭胰腺重与体重之比均在70日龄最高;公鸭肌腺胃重与体重之比在42日龄时最高,母鸭肌腺胃重与体重之比在70日龄最高,表明肝、胰腺、肌腺胃在56~70日龄基本生长成熟。56日龄后,公、母鸭食道长、小肠长、盲肠长、直肠长等指标不再随着日龄的增加而增加,表明56日龄时其消化道已生长成熟。 The growth of digestive organs of black feather duck was studied by slaughter test at 42,56,70,90 days of age. The results showed that the weight of pancreas, glandular stomach, heart, liver of the male and female ducks had a increasing trend with the increase of age. The ratio of the heart weight to body weight reached the highest at 70 days in male duck while at 56 days in female duck. The ratio of the liver, pancreas and glandular stomach weight to body weight reached the highest at 56, 70 and 70 days days of age both in male and female duck. It is indicated that the liver, pancreas, glandular stomach was basically matured from 56 days to 70 days. The length of the esophagus, small intestine, cecum and rectum reached the high at 56 days, indicating that the digestive tract was matured at 56 days.
