甜草总多酚体外抗氧化活性研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用总抗氧化能力、OH·清除率、DPPH·清除率来考察甜草(Oldenlandia cantonensis How)总多酚的体外抗氧化活性。结果表明,甜草总多酚总抗氧化能力略小于维生素C(VC),但甜草总多酚OH·清除率远高于VC。此外,甜草总多酚对DPPH·的IC50(22.2μg/m L)与VC相近(16.0μg/m L)。甜草总多酚是天然的抗氧化活性剂和自由基清除剂。 The antioxidant activity in vitro of total polyphenol from Oldenlandia cantonensis How was evaluated by total antiox- idant activity,hydroxyl and DPPH free radical scavenging effect. The results showed that the total antioxidant activity of total polyphenol from Oldenlandia cantonensis How was slightly less than that of VC. The hydroxyl free radical scavenging effect of total polyphenol from Oldenlandia cantonensis How was much higher than that of VC. The half-maximal inhibitory concentra- tion (ICso) for DPPH free radicals of total polyphenol from Oldenlandia cantonensis How and VC was similar,which was 22.2 Ixg/mL and 16.0 I^g/mL,respectively. It is indicated that total polyphenol from Oldenlandia cantonensis How was an effective and natural antioxidant, and free radical scavenger.
