As one important variety of financial services in supply chain of agricultural product, rapidly developing the order financing to solve the difficulties of financing rural small enterprise, provides the powerful financial support for the sustainable development of rural society and economy. The connotation and the significance of rural financial institutions for agricultural enterprises to carryed out the order of financing business was elucidated. In-depth analyses of risk of purchase order financing system of agricultural enterprises was made. The characteristics of credit risk, operational risk, the order of non system risk of purchase order financing of agricultural enterprises were studied. Specific measures rural financial institutions to control system risk and non system risk of purchase order financing of agricultural enterprises were proposed.
