土地集约利用与区域竞争力的关系分析——以湖南省为例

Relations between Intensive Exploitation of Land and Regional Competitiveness Analyses——Taking Hunan Province as an Example

通过对湖南省14个市州的土地集约利用及区域竞争力的深入分析,建立城市土地集约利用程度与区域竞争力指标的关系模型,进而提出促进该区土地集约利用与区域竞争力的措施,旨在为政府在土地利用及区域竞争力提高方面提供决策依据。

The regional competitiveness and the intensive exploitation of land of 14 cities in Hunan province was analyzed. A relation model of use degree of intensive exploitation of city land and regional competitiveness index was established. Measures to improve regional competitiveness and intensive exploitation of land in this area were put forward. It will provide the deci- sion-making basis for the local government to improve land use and regional competitiveness.
