摘要
为解决宁夏地区收获稻谷爆腰粒增多、整精米率下降的难题,本试验在就仓(垛)干燥技术基础上,结合臭氧抑制霉菌,对本地区收获的高水分稻谷开展就仓(垛)通风降水试验,通过试验检测粮堆温度,研究稻谷水分、脂肪酸值、出米率、整精米率等变化及干燥费用对比分析,试验证明运用就仓(垛)干燥技术可有效提高宁夏地区储藏稻谷的品质。
To solve the problem of increasing of the crackle ratio of rice, decreasing of the head rice rate and milled rice rate production in Ning Xia province, in--store or stack drying technology had been combined with ozone sterilization technology, to ventilat the high moisture rice of harvest in the region. Through ex- perimental detection of grain bulk temperature, study the rice moisture content, fatty acid value, milled rice rate, the whole polished rice rate changes, and drying cost analysis, which come to the conclusion that the in--store or stack drying technology can improve quality of high moisture rice produced in the Ning-- Xia region.
