摘要
笔者设计并优化试验方法,成功研制出了一种具有深层护理功效的皂基洗面奶。在配方中加入温和表面活性剂烷基糖苷和月桂酰基肌氨酸钠,在皂基和高p H下,通过单甘酯和多元醇快速将脂肪酸乳化,最后加入功效成分和防腐剂等。通过正交试验得出较佳配比为氢氧化钾5.2%,硬脂酸15%,甘油16%,烷基糖苷6%,月桂酰基肌氨酸钠3%,自乳化单甘脂2%,单甘酯1%,芦荟提取物0.5%。
Soap based cleansing cream has an advantage of particularly strong detergency because of high pH value, but its trace alkali remaining at facial skin makes consumers feel dry and irritated after cleaning. To improve this phenomenon, a series of optimization experiments was designed to prepare a type of soap based cleansing cream with deep care effect. The specific preparation procedure was as follows. Firstly, the alkyl polyglucosides (APG) and sodium N-lauroylsarcosine were put into water, then the glycerin monostearate and polyol were added to emulsify the fatty acid quickly at high pH value, finally the preservatives and functional ingredients were added in formula. The optimal formula was obtained through orthogonal experiments. When KOH took 5.2%, stearic acid took 15%, glycerin took 16%, APG took 6%, sodium N-lauroylsarcosine took 3%, glycerin monostearate (SE) took 2%, glycerin monostearate took 1%, Aloe Vera Extract took 0.5% of the formula, the cleansing cream had the best performances including high soap stability, good pearlescent performance, low irritation and deep care effect etc.
