摘要
针对固体小火箭装配过程密封圈压缩量测量效率低的问题,提出一种用于在线测量密封圈压缩量的测量方法。首先揭示了密封圈压缩量与拧紧扭矩成正比关系(即拧紧扭矩系数)且拧紧扭矩系数可以通过实验辨识得出;基于拧紧扭矩系数,结合工艺实验确定的空程扭矩,密封圈压缩量参考值、扭矩参考值等,提出一种密封圈压缩量的在线测量方法,实现固体小火箭密封圈压缩量的在线测量。实验结果表明,该方法的测量误差小于5%。
To improve measurement efficiency of compressed amount of seal ring in the manual assembly process of small-scale solid rocket, an on-line measurement approach is proposed. The proportional relationship between tightening torque and compressed amount of seal ring, named tightening torque coefficient, is first derived and it is proved that tightening torque coefficient can be identified by experiments. Then on-line measurement method is proposed using tightening torque coefficient with seal ring's compressed reference value, tightening torque reference value and other values. The experiment results show that the proposed method can on line measure the compressed amount of seal ring within 5% error.
