摘要
针对火箭摆杆使用时的工作状态,分析模拟加载试验的难点,提出载荷的铺设、安装和试验改进方案,并设计出工艺装备。通过对摆杆、工艺装备等建模和有限元分析,实现了摆杆的模拟加载试验。对该项试验进行技术研究,保证了产品的质量和使用要求,并为今后大型摆杆的研制提供了实践使用依据和技术借鉴。
According to the working state when swing rod is used, this paper analyzed the difficulties of simulation loading experiment and proposed the improving plan of experiment, and designed processing equipment.The modeling and finite element analysis of swing rod and process equipment was conducted. Finally, the simulation loading experiment of swing rod was implemented. Based on technology research of experimental projects, the product quality and service requirements will be guaranteed, and it will supply practical value in use and technology reference for the manufacture of future goliath swing rod.
